First step: a Site Checkup

$0

30 minutes on a video call about where your site stands today, or about not having one. Afterwards you get a short written breakdown to keep: what works, what's costing you calls or bookings, what to fix first, and whether you need me at all. Use it with me, with someone else, or on your own. What the Site Checkup covers

1

Build your site

From $1,500

A finished site of about five pages, written with you, on your domain, with the basics Google needs to find you. You own all of it: the domain, the files, the words and photos. Take the files and host them anywhere, or host with me. The price is fixed before I start. Bigger sites (online booking, lots of pages, a store) get their own fixed quote.

2

Hosting

$39/month

I keep the site online, fast and secure. That covers hosting, HTTPS, backups, updates and a check that it's up. Cancel any time. Changes to the site aren't part of hosting; those are the next piece.

3

Help when you need it

$100/hour

Email me what you want changed. I send an estimate first, you say yes, and you pay for the time it took, billed in 15-minute steps ($25 each). Most jobs take under 2 hours.

What an hour gets you

Typical times. I estimate every job before I start, so you know the cost first.

Monthly hours optional

For sites that change most months. You pay for hosting and a set of hours together, and it costs less than buying the same things separately.

Same thing bought separately$39 + $150 = $189$39 + $350 = $389

Only worth it if you make changes most months. If you change things a few times a year, hosting plus hourly is cheaper, and I'll tell you that when you ask. Unused hours don't roll over.

Starting with
$0 down

If you'd rather not pay for the build up front, I build it for $0 down when you take Steady or Busy for 12 months. You own the domain from day one. The site files are yours after the 12 months, or any time you pay the rest of the build.

Small print, written plainly

  • Paid builds have no term. Hosting and monthly hours go month to month.
  • The 12-month term applies only to $0-down builds.
  • Unused hours don't roll over.
