The 12-month term on a $0-down build
If you'd rather not pay for the build up front, I build it for $0 down when you take Steady or Busy for 12 months.
How it works
- Steady, $149 a month: hosting plus 1.5 hours of changes a month.
- Busy, $279 a month: hosting plus 3.5 hours of changes a month.
Instead of paying the build fee (from $1,500) on day one, you're on one of those plans for at least 12 months.
Who owns what
- The domain is yours from day one.
- The site files are yours after the 12 months, or any time you pay the rest of the build.
The term applies only here
Paid builds have no term. Hosting and monthly hours go month to month. The 12-month term applies only to $0-down builds.
Not sure which fits? A paid build plus hosting is usually cheaper if the site rarely changes. $0 down suits a new business saving cash, or an owner who'd be on monthly hours anyway. There's a longer look at this in pay-monthly websites: what to check.
