How to ask for a change by email

There's no login and no ticket system. You email me.

What the email looks like

Short is good. Something like:

• "New photos." (Attach them.)
• "Closed Monday."
• "Raise the haircut price."
• "Add a page for our new catering menu." (Attach the text and photos.)

If it's easier to show than say, send a screenshot with an arrow on it.

What happens next

1. I send an estimate first.
2. You say yes.
3. I make the change and tell you when it's live.

What it costs

Hourly help is $100 an hour for the time used, billed in 15-minute steps. A change like a new price or new hours usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. Most tasks take under 2 hours. If you're on Steady or Busy, the time comes out of your monthly hours.
