Comfy clothes
Anything you can bend in. Bare feet on the mat.

There's a refill station by the cubbies.
Nothing else
Mats, blocks, straps and towels are free to borrow.
Ten spare minutes
For your first class, so we can learn about any injuries.
Good to know
Cancel up to 2 hours before class at no cost. Late cancels use one class from a pack. Kids 8 to 14 come free to Family Yoga with a paying adult.
