Selling

Selling, step by step

From our first walk-through to closing usually takes six to eight weeks. You will always know what happens next.

The steps

  1. Week 1Walk-through and priceI walk the house with you, then bring a price range based on real recent sales, not a number to win the listing.
  2. Weeks 2 to 3PrepA short list of fixes worth doing and ones to skip. I have a handyman and a cleaner I trust.
  3. Week 3Photos and listingProfessional photos and a floor plan, paid by me. Live on a Thursday, showings that weekend.
  4. Week 4OffersI lay every offer side by side: price, terms, risk. You pick.
  5. Weeks 5 to 8Inspection to closingI handle the buyer's agent, the repair requests and the paperwork. You pack.
